I don't know whether it is possible to feed a family of four for under $50. I don't think that my family could do it but I am conscious that within our community some family budgets have been squeezed so tight that some families have to try and make something like this work.

It may be impractical for some of our families to even hook into what I'm suggesting but I am putting it out anyway in the hope someone might benefit.

This coming Tuesday an online evening course is being run by Arthur Parker Ramani through Aorere College to assist New Zealand residents who are feeling the financial pinch. The course takes about an hour and is free but you do need to register.
